Ever have one of those fishing days where nothing seems to go right? This was that day, and we caught it all on camera. We made a Louisiana fishing trip that was cut short by boat issues. We tried to rebound the trip with other ideas and we may or may not have succeeded, it depends on your definition of success.
It was Taco Tuesday and we really needed a few fish for tacos. We caught redfish and speckled trout in the Louisiana marsh and Chef Mikey was able to whip up some gourmet fish tacos with what we had.
