Sammy Romano of Chag’s Sporting Goods hit Reggio with a buddy recently and the wind was blowing 20 plus miles per hour. It’s hard to come up with a game plan with that going on, but Romano and his buddy found some fish along the shoreline in wind-blown pockets.
