Catch and cook: Specks storm these bayous on way into marsh

The migration of speckled trout back into inside waters seems to have been aided by the passage of Hurricane Francine. Major bayous in this area are loaded with bait — and a much higher percentage of keeper speckled trout than is typical for this time of year.
