Capt. Travis Miller of Miller Time Fishing Charters loves to chase trout in the summertime with his clients. The recent rash of high winds won’t quit however, and Miller needs a solid backup plan for times when the open water is too rough to fish trout. That’s when Miller heads to the deep passes for bull reds.
