Clean water can get scorching in the summertime, and since hell has seemed cooler than South Louisiana in the last couple weeks, that’s what I found on my most recent trip. Water temps started the day at 86 degrees, and only rose from there.
Because of that, I made a switch to a bait I’d never fished before but certainly will again.
