It has been said that nature abhors a vacuum, and in recent years, Louisiana’s marshes have been devoid of keeper redfish. It got so bad that I entirely stopped targeting the fish.
But nature has jumped right in and flooded that void in the ecosystem with more redfish this year than I’ve seen in a very long time.
