On this episode of DockSide TV, Chas Champagne fishes an area that is notorious for monster speckled trout, the U.S. 11 bridge across Lake Pontchartrain. He even catches and releases a big one just under 6 pounds on camera. Champagne said his favorite bait to use in clean water is the Matrix Shad “Holy Joely.”
