15 mph winds were not enough to stop the fish from biting for Captain Tommy Pellegrin on a recent charter trip out in Terrebonne Bay. Pellegrin and his clients battled the wind and produced speckled trout limits. They used live shrimp and also a Berkley Powerbait Pro Grub to get the fish in the boat.
