Catch and cook: Loads of specks and loads of bass

The fishing right now is better than it’s been in many years, with speckled trout and largemouth bass crowding into the same areas in numbers that are almost hard to fathom.

Last week, I had a blast catching them, along with a few redfish as well, and when I returned home, I cooked them using a recipe I got from Artificial Intelligence.
