Hackney targets red snapper and more in the Gulf of Mexico
Watch Cox Sports Television tonight as Sportsman TV host Greg Hackney and crew head out of the mouth of the Mississippi River in search of red snapper, mangroves, grouper and other reef fish.
Accompanied by Capt. Peace Marvel with Peacekeeper Charters in Venice, Chris Macaluso with the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership and producer Jared Serigné, the crew enjoyed a great day of fishing on Marvel’s 31-foot AmeraCat.
Snapper were on the hook steady, along with some big amberjack and cobia in the 70 block out of South Pass.
