Big red snapper offshore out of Lake Calcasieu

Capt. Brandon Picou with Southern Salt Outdoors LLC catching 18-pound-plus red snapper on demolished oil platforms 50 miles out of Calcasieu Pass. The larger fish are caught using live bait and specific tackle and rigging techniques.
