We caught a million river bass (roughly)

If Joe Lavigne had a dollar for every bass he’s caught floating down the river near his Independence, La., home, he could outbid Elon Musk for Twitter. When dry days stack up end to end during the spring, summer and fall, the retired football coach loads a 12-foot aluminum boat into his Toyota Tundra and casts into rushing waters near laydowns and along cut banks to catch line-stretching Kentucky bass.

Whenever he invites me, I drop what I’m doing to tag along. This time, my son, Joel, also got in on the fun. Check out the video for all the action!
