This bite is as good as it gets!

Finding fish 12 months of the year means following their seasonal patterns, and for most of my adult life in the spring, I target fish in areas most anglers think of as wintering spots — deep-water bayous with swift current.

A few weeks ago, the fish moved there again, and I’ve had the good fortune to hit them a few times. This week, my buddy Chris Macaluso wanted to tag along, so we set out deep into the marshes of Plaquemines Parish.

How was the trip? Well, check out the video for all the details!
