Watson Perrin is a good man with a novel concept: He’s fixed up a family camp deep in the heart of the Louisiana marsh, where he serves as host for what he calls Da Bayou Experience. Clients enjoy quaint accommodations while feasting on authentic South Louisiana cuisine and, best of all, partaking in unrivaled fishing action for speckled trout and redfish.
