No lure, of course, works 100% of the time in every situation, but this time of year, I love getting on the water early and making about a hundred casts with a Pop-R or a similar bait made by H2O Express called a TWP. Every game fish that swims in the marsh hits these baits, especially when the sun is below the horizon, or at least not high above it.
