Things are definitely changing in local marshes. Throughout this season, dirty water has been an issue almost everywhere, filling bays, lakes, bayous and ponds and making fishing more challenging.
But on my most recent trip, I found pretty water everywhere I went, and finished the day in water that was so good, I had to make a gear change to maximize my success.
