Kevin McClary launched out of PAC kayak rental in Pointe Aux Chene at sunrise on November 14th in search for a top water redfish bite. Tied on with a Matrix Mullet in bayou bengal color, i paddled to my first destination and immediately started seeing fish blowing up everywhere, within 5 casts i landed my first redfish measuring 19 inches. Once the sun came out and the tide stopped falling around 7:45 i started to work shallow ponds and sight fished another redfish measuring 25 inches. Over all beautiful day fishing!
