Cameron Corrent and his fishing partner, Anthony Rubio, were out chasing giant flathead catfish when they hooked into the biggest one of the summer, a 49-pounder, on live bluegill using rod and reel. Corrent and Rubio are frequent visitors to the banks of the Ouachita, and they specialize on targeting these large river monsters.
