On my most recent outing, I was having a really slow day despite conditions that were near perfect. I was targeting speckled trout, redfish and marsh bass, and I was getting a few bites, but the action was definitely slower than I felt it should have been.
Until I picked up a Bill Lewis SB-57.
For whatever reason, fish go CRAZY over that bait this time of year, and that was especially true on this trip. The lure literally made my day.
