Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois and the Duck Camp Dinners crew heads to the lesser-known but highly productive Red River in Western Louisiana. Despite a slow start to the season, the Red River provides some of the best hunting yet with mixed bags of woodies, greenheads and teal. Not to mention a handful of bonus squirrels and wild mushrooms for the pot. Shoot straight and come hungry.
