On this episode of Duck Camp Dinners, we’re staying in Lubbock to hunt Sandhill cranes. Sandhill cranes are known as the ribeye of the sky. We caught a couple of these great tasting birds and cooked them up just like a traditional steak. The cranes tasted great and were a huge hit with the crew!
