Duck Camp Dinners: One Bourbon, One Duck, One Deer

Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois and the Duck Camp Dinners crew head north to hunt with duck call maker Brad Eldrige. Despite tough hunting conditions brought on by a historic drought in Louisiana, the crew is able to knock down a “Tensas Limit” of wood ducks, mallards, honkers and squirrels.
