Ray Chagnard has owned and operated one of Louisiana’s most popular tackle shops for three decades, but he’s actually even more skilled on the bow of a boat than he is behind a counter. He fishes so hard, you might think that’s his actual career and the tackle shop is just a hobby.
A few weeks ago, Chagnard discovered a pattern that’s consistently delivered fish for him out of his Delacroix dock, and this week, he invited me to tag along with him.
