This time of year, crabs are at their most active, with warm water temperatures making them aggressive and eager to fill their bottomless bellies.
To take advantage, I toted along two youngsters this week, my awesome grandson, Liam, and family friend Asher, who served all day as the net-puller-upper. Using techniques that have brought me success for decades, we caught some of the biggest crabs I’ve ever seen!
