Full-length, heavy-duty zipper allows ample opening for easy firearm placement
Plano’s soft gun cases have earned a reputation for being practical and fully-functional at an affordable price, and that tradition continues with the 200, 300 and 400 series for 2013.
The exterior of all models are durable and weather resistant 600 Denier polyester, and on the inside there’s a high-density foam lining that comfortably envelops the guns in form-fitting style.
One key upgrade to all modes is a full-length, heavy-duty zipper that allows an ample opening for easy firearm placement and removal.
The 200 series offers a 54-inch shotgun case designed to fit both autoloaders and pump models. The rifle case measures 48-inches in length and is 11-inches tall, which will accommodate most rifle models with or without a scope.
The 300 series soft gun cases have all of 200 series features, as well as an additional zippered compartment on the cases’ exteriors to keep extra gear within easy reach.
The 400 series offers even more storage with an additional zippered compartment, plus an easy-access 1-inch gusseted side pocket for binoculars or other gear and a protective rubber muzzle cap.
The gun cases are available through many traditional sporting goods dealers and online stores, and retail for between $16.99 and $34.99.
