“My bride Dee Dee, my grandson Austin and myself, Jim Bates, decided to chase the catfish on the Tchefuncte River in Madisonville on June 22. Market bait and dead crawfish was the ticket to hauling in several blue cats. A few sac-a-lait were found on laydowns using baby shad plastic on 1/32-ounce jig heads.”
