• The firearm prize will be transferred only through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in compliance with the Gun Control Act of 1968 and all applicable federal and Louisiana laws.

• The winner must complete ATF Form 4473 and successfully pass the required federal background check prior to transfer.

• If the winner fails the background check, is otherwise legally prohibited from possessing a firearm, or declines the transfer, the firearm will not be awarded to that individual. The organization reserves the right to select an alternate winner in accordance with its raffle procedures.

• The firearm will not be shipped directly to the winner.
