Top prize is $12,500 for five-fish stringer in two-man team event
The Children’s Hospital Bass Classic is slated for Saturday, March 5 out of Doiron’s Landing in Stephensville.
Each two-person team can get an entry form by clicking here, or by calling Brad Rodrigue at (985) 209-0922. The entry fee is $250 per team, and the top prize will be $12,500 for a five-fish stringer and the Big Bass prize will be $1,250.
A pre-tournament meeting will take place Thursday, March 3 at Cabela’s in Gonzales from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The meeting is not mandatory, and entries will be taken at that time.
Proceeds from the tournament , which is presented by Gerry Lane Enterprises, will be used to help Children’s Hospital in New Orleans operate its medical helicopter, which transports children in immediate need of care to its hospital.
