Dates for the 2013-2014 waterfowl season will be discussed at the public forum in Monroe.
The Louisiana Department of Wildlife & Fisheries has scheduled an April 4 meeting in Monroe during which the 2013-14 waterfowl hunting dates will be discussed.
The meeting will be held at the Marriott Courtyard at 4915 Pecanland Mall Drive in Monroe, and it will start at 5:30 p.m., the LDWF said.
Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commissioner Ronny Graham and Louisiana Dept. of Wildlife and Fisheries Waterfowl Study Leader Larry Reynolds will be guest speaking at the event.
Information also will be released on the 2013 Louisiana Waterfowl Hunter Survey that will be conducted from April through July, the LDWF said.
This is a free public forum, but RSVPs are requested so organizers can prepare for an approximate number of attendees, the LDWF said.
