Monthly Sportsman Gear up for grabs!
Voting began this morning in the September edition of the Trail Cam Contest, with user determining who walks away with the monthly Sportsman Gear prize package.
“We had some great trail-cam photos submitted in September, and the decision of which four to place in the monthly voting session was difficult,” LouisianaSportsman.com’s Andy Crawford said. “But there are some really neat shots for our users to choose from in deciding the winner.”
The Trail Cam Contest, which continues through Dec. 31, allows registered users of LouisianaSportsman.com to show deer on their property while competing for monthly prizes.
Monthly winners receive a free one-year subscription to Louisiana Sportsman magazine and a $25 gift coupon to the online Sportsman Store.

This month’s finalists include four images.
User “bigroy” posted an image of a beautiful mature buck in full velvet that he captured in late August.
“(N)ice 12 pernt,” he wrote.
User “337 Duck Commander” entered a photo of an incredible Iowa buck that features antlers seemingly growing all over its head.
Another choice is a photo of a howling coyote submitted by “cajunkers.”
User “Super Drew” of Ragley posted a tongue-in-cheek photo he discovered after a youth hunt with his daughter.
“… (N)ever thought I’d get a pic of such a HAM!!!” he wrote in his entry titled “look at the HAM!!!” “I love my daughter!!!”
