Scott Pet, an Indiana company that has specialized in pet products since 1975, has entered the outdoors market with its Big Tine Fortified Deer Blend, a year-round food supplement made from grains and 11 minerals.
Big Tine, which has the aroma of cherries to attract deer and keep them coming back, comes in 10- and 40-pound bags and in a 25-pound block. It is not only a food supplement, but also an attractant. It is formulated for year-round feeding.
Big Tine carries the Whitetail Institute’s Imperial 30-06 mineral and vitamin supplement and provides anti-oxidants and essential fatty acids to help deer develop the best racks possible. Premixed, it can be used in any type of feeder or placed on the ground.
