Photo of Avoyelles Parish buck earns LouisianaSportsman.com user monthly prize pack
Christopher Gentry, known as “CGentry” on the LouisianaSportsman.com forum earned the December win in the Nikon Big Buck Contest with this photo of his beautiful Avoyelles Parish buck.
The Kolin hunter killed the deer on Nov. 13.
“I live by this: God first, then family, then hunting, and the good Lord blesses me,” he said. “I give him all the praise and glory.”
Gentry earns a $25 gift coupon to the online Sportsman Store, plus a free one-year Louisiana Sportsman magazine subscription.
And, like all other entrants, he also is eligible for the grand prize drawing for two pairs of Nikon optics. The winner of that drawing will be announced next month.
