Bodcau, Pear River and Sherburne now feature enhanced zones, LDWF says
The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries has established and enhanced safety zones surrounding shooting ranges on the Bodcau, Pearl River and Sherburne Wildlife Management Areas.
According to a release, the public is reminded to consult with a local Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries field office for the hours of operation and all WMA range rules.

The Woodworth shooting range within the Alexander State Forest WMA in Rapides Parish already has a designated safety zone established, the release states.
