The closed waters extend seaward of the inside-outside shrimp line from the western shore of Caminada Pass at 90 degrees 02 minutes  46.597 seconds west longitude westward to the western shore of Belle Pass at 90 degrees 13 minutes 36 seconds west longitude.

The agency vowed to reopen waters as their analysis, performed in cooperation with the Department of Health and Hospitals, provides proof that seafood is safe.
