Ann Taylor’s main goal over the past 10 years during the Louisiana Sportsman Show was to promote youth education and fishing. Giving each kid a chance to be shown love, compassion and the beauty of the outdoors.
Therefore, Trinity Outdoors Disabled Adventures, LLC and other nonprofit groups will be once again putting on a Youth Fishing Rodeo, this time in Ann’s name. It will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2020, at the Lamar Dixon Center in the pond located behind the registration building. The registration for this event can be done on Saturday morning, 8 a.m.–11 a.m., by the pond on the grounds.
Last year, more than 120 vendors participated by donating prizes to give out to the kids.
