This is video from a Louisiana specklebelly goose hunt with Kendall Frederick (K Fred). We went specklebelly goose hunting in Gueydan with our buddies at Vermilion Waterfowl. We had a good goose hunt in the rice fields, and then we went back to the camp to cook. I made a dirty rice with goose gizzard, hearts and smoked pork tasso.
