Rhett Broussard, 7, of Glenmora killed his first deer on Oct. 12 in Area 2 on a youth hunt. He was shooting a Palmetto State Armory/ Wise arms 300 blackout. It was an intense hunt, followed by him saying “Daddy, I can’t even walk” when they got out of the stand.
