Philip Frank captured this trail camera photo of a doe jumping on private property in Tangipahoa Parish.
‘We have an area that we see rubs and scrapes every year so we recently put out a game camera over a scrape to check it out,” he said. “We captured this shot of an excited deer jumping for joy, or for the branch above. We’ve never seen or captured such an activity before.
“We left the trail camera on the scrape and captured two nice bucks that were tending the scrape.”
