On a cold morning on Dec. 27, 2023, Henry Dinh was scrolling through his phone while sitting in the tree stand, and something in his mind told him to look up. He slowly looked up as not to make any sudden movements, and to his right he saw this buck come out from the thicket. The deer was strutting his masculine horns, and kept moving away from Dinh. Dinh quickly grabbed his rifle, aimed ahead of the deer, and when the deer crossed the crosshairs, he closed his eyes, pulled the trigger, and hoped for the best, as he had to aim between small trees. Henry opened his eyes, and that’s when he saw he had shot his biggest buck in the buttocks! His first and best trophy buck at 210 pounds and a solid 8-point.
