Gavin Trosclair, 12, killed his first rack buck, a 145-pound 6-point, on Dec. 18 at his family’s lease just north of Greensburg, La., with his 7mm 08 at about 130 yards. Celebrating with Gavin is his friend, Owen Gautreaux, and his dad, TJ Trosclair.
