Seven-year-old Oaklen Williams killed this 8-point while it was chasing a doe on Nov. 8 in Desoto Parish. The first time the deer stepped out he was out of range. He left out behind the doe and about 30 minutes later they both stepped back out at 150 yards. Oak made a great shot and the buck ran about 20 yards and piled up. His fifth deer of the season and biggest buck to date.
