With a long hunting season coming to an end, two missed opportunities and many hours of hunting, 7-year-old Conner Caldwell killed his first buck with his PawPaw. It was a true test of patience for the overly excited young hunter and his PawPaw, who waited 3 hours before attempting to track the deer. After 2.2 miles of tracking the trail finally led to a voice yelling out in the woods “Oh my God, PawPaw, it’s a monster buck.”
