Thirteen-year-old Wyatt Murray had an incredible fishing trip out of Venice.
“My nephew Wyatt has grown up fishing. His dad has been taking him since he was old enough to walk and has taught him most everything he knows on the water. It was pretty special getting to see all of that experience come together on this trip.
While wade fishing and throwing artificial lures, Wyatt caught a beautiful redfish, speckled trout and flounder. The inshore fishing was outstanding and we caught a pile of quality fish.
We also headed offshore out of Venice and had an incredible yellowfin tuna trip. Wyatt got in on the action and landed the big yellowfin pictured in the attached photos. Between the tuna offshore and the redfish, trout and flounder on artificials while wading, it was one of those Louisiana fishing trips he’ll remember for the rest of his life.
As his uncle, getting to experience it with him made it that much better.”
