Old River is falling and the big Boys are stage around 12 to 15ft. Most of the deep piers are holding fish. If you fish electronics, find the balls of shad and you will find Sac-a-lait staged underneath. This coming week Mondieu lake should be great once the water depth is 7ft or less along its tree lines as sacalait will be moving in and out as they are beefing up for the winter months. It’s a great time to put those 2lb fish in the boat. I could see a 3lb fish being caught soon. Thank Goodness Hunting Season is here for us die hard Sac-a-lait folks !!!
