After waiting almost 14 years, Mark Joffrion was finally able to take his son, Noah Joffrion, fishing for speckled trout. They picked up their new boat two days before and made a trip to Cypremort Point on Oct. 11, 2021. Noah caught his first speck, along with a gafftop.
