Maurice Smith caught these sac-a-lait about a month ago at a local lake near his home in Ward, Ark., which is about 25 minutes north of Little Rock. He caught them at Lake Barnett jigging shallow trees along the creek channel for a couple of hours. Smith kept five nice keepers for dinner that evening.
