Harper Duhon, 10, caught her first redfish on a camping trip with her family to Holly Beach on Oct. 16, 2021. After a day of crabbing on the Sabine Refuge, Harper decided to go with her uncle for a quick, afternoon surf fishing trip. While her uncle was checking on a crab trap, Harper hooked into this nice red that measured 34 1/2 inches using cut mullet.
