First alligator gar July 15, 2021 cre8v.qt@cox.net Fishing Reports Bailey Legler, 13, was fishing with her papa, Mike Legler of Slidell, on July 1 when she caught her first alligator gar with shrimp on Lake Borgne. The gar measured in at 42 inches.
