On June 4, Chris Bell fished out of Hopedale/Shell Beach. He made that long run to the Long Rocks but was only catching little small school trout. He decided to search for some clean moving water and when he did it paid off. He was catching beautiful 17″-19″ trout using a Shrimp Creole colored Get’Em Shad under a popping cork. The key was to find duck ponds that drained into a canal with about 8 feet of water.
