After a final morning hunt at the duck camp, Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois prepares Spicy Crawfish Eggs for breakfast before the crew heads home. That night he sits down to enjoy a meal of Baked Catfish and Crawfish and Corn Soup with his parents.
